SCAFL Umpire Clinic (Orange County)

The USAFL and SCAFL are pleased to announce the first Umpire Clinic of 2012, and will be held in conjunction with the SCAFL games scheduled for March 4, 2012 in Orange County. The clinic will consist of a two hour classroom session on Saturday, March 3, 10:00am - 12:00pm and a two hour on field session on Sunday, March 4, 8:00am - 10am.

The SCAFL will have 2, possibly 3, full games scheduled starting at 11:00am Sunday. All umpires will have the opportunity to perform the various official roles (field, boundary, goal, timer, score keeper) and will be receiving immediate coaching through out the day.

Prior to the clinic, each attendee will receive documentation via email from Jeff Persson, USAFL Umpire Director and Coach, which is to be reviewed prior to attendance. The field and hotel details are being worked out by the SCAFL and will be posted prior to the event.

All attendees are welcome, and no experience is required.
